A combination of worlds
Our name comes from Norse mythology, specifically “Yggdrasil” (ˈyɡːˌdrɑsel) also known as “Odin’s Tree”.
Symbolizing the meeting place for governing gods to assemble with branches reaching high into the heavens and roots that anchor the tree firmly. Here at Odin’s Tree Consulting, we ascend our client’s growth, and we firmly root their organizations with strong foundations that are necessary for any startup or small business to grow and be successful.
Our Mission
Odin’s Tree Consulting believes that businesses of all sizes should have the access to business professional services, such as human resources, marketing, strategic planning, and more without sacrificing much-needed financial resources for growth. We have the knowledge and skills to build relationships with our clients and assist them in achieving their unique business goals and treat all our clients as business partners.

Methodology
We schedule an initial information session in which we discuss your current business status, your desired goals, budget, and overall vision for your organization. We then assess your current situation and identify areas of strength and weakness within your organization and how that relates to its overall success and goals.
With that information, we design a unique strategy for your organization’s specific goals and needs and then present the solution to you.
Once there is agreement on the overall strategy, Odin’s Tree Consulting will work with you to implement those strategic goals.
With our unique model of solutions, we can staff your needs and direct coordination with appropriate third parties for solutions, or if you prefer, you can outsource staffing needs to Odin’s Tree, helping to reduce overall expenses.
